A big part of natural conservation is planting native species on the nature preserve. The Park Ranger has cleared a spot for some native plants to grow next to the nature center, and all you have to do is fill that patch and plant the tree, flower, and shrub starters that Park Ranger Rachael has left in the greenhouse. You should find 1 tree sapling, 2 shrub starters, and 3 packets of flower seeds. Note that you may have to pluck some weeds to plant.

 

Once you're finished, simply take pictures of the planted sprouts, and then submit the pictures to the form below. Then, Park Ranger Rachael can add the badge to your scout sash!
