I can't say I knew Eve all that well. Sure, it's a small island and I knew she was running for office, but she didn't come to the tavern too often. Every once in a while she'd stop in for a soothing pint, though.

Actually, she came in for a pint a few days before she turned up dead. A pretty heated argument between her and a couple other patrons ensued and I had to threaten to kick them all out. Some domestic dispute between her, Bam, and Diana I think. Anyway, Eve left and I didn't see her for a few days. Then I found out she was murdered. I still wonder if that couple had something to do with it...
